PBF Srl and Finanziaria Tosinvest Spa today signed the preliminary agreement for the acquisition and sale of shares amounting to 70% of the corporate stock of SEE Spa, the publishing company of Il Giornale and its subsidiary Il Giornale On Line Srl.”

This was announced by Paolo Berlusconi on behalf of PBF and Giampaolo Angelucci, President of Finanziaria Tosinvest.

The execution of the transaction is subject to the positive outcome of the notification of the transaction to the Italian Communications Authority (AGCom) as well as the Italian Competition Authority (AGCM), which must provide a response within 60 days from the submission of the notification.

The transaction was supported by the Munari & Partners law firm in Milan for PBF Srl and the Di Gravio law firm in Rome/Milan for Finanziaria Tosinvest SpA.
