Finanziaria Tosinvest S.p.A. carries out the centralized management activities of the finances of the Tosinvest Group and offers its services and consultancy to all related companies in the Real Estate and Finance sectors, mainly attributable to the parent company Finanziaria Tosinvest S.p.A., Media and Facility Management.

As is well known, Finanziaria Tosinvest S.p.A. is part of a larger group of companies, known as the Tosinvest Group, which operates in various sectors.

Core Business
The core business of Finanziaria Tosinvest is developed across three main activities/sectors:
Real Estate – Finanziaria Tosinvest S.p.A. is primarily active in the real estate sector, with the main objective of optimizing the management arising from the commercialization of its real estate portfolio, which includes prestigious properties, offices, and healthcare facilities. Additionally, it aims to develop complementary activities that are functional to other investment sectors. This mission is pursued both directly by Finanziaria Tosinvest S.p.A. and indirectly through its subsidiaries and affiliated companies.
Finance – Finanziaria Tosinvest S.p.A. manages and centralizes all of the Tosinvest Group’s financial operations, offering services and consultancy in Finance (management of relationships with financial institutions), Treasury (forecasting, monitoring, and centralized management of cash flows), Administration (preparation of financial and consolidated statements; guidance and uniformity in document preparation), and Legal and Corporate Affairs. Additionally, Finanziaria Tosinvest S.p.A. provides support for M&A transactions on behalf of the Group.
Holding of Equity Investments – Finanziaria Tosinvest S.p.A. also manages its subsidiaries and affiliates, which have mutual strategic interdependencies, with the goal of improving and optimizing synergies between the operational activities of the individual companies. Through its subsidiaries, Finanziaria Tosinvest S.p.A. primarily operates in the Media and Facility Management sectors (hard & soft facilities).
