Giampaolo Angelucci, President of Finanziaria Tosinvest S.p.A., announced after the Board of Directors meeting that to ensure continuity in the industrial plan tied to the acquisition of Il Tempo, a capital increase to €1,000,000 has been approved for the newspaper.

“This decision,” Angelucci emphasized, “is part of the restructuring, modernization, and relaunch project for the historic Roman newspaper.”
