The Shareholders’ Meeting of Il Tempo S.r.l. has approved a change to the corporate governance model, transforming the administrative body from a single-member to a collegial structure and appointing a new Board of Directors, which will remain in office for three years.

The new Board is composed as follows:

Giampaolo Angelucci, Chairman with executive powers and legal representative of the Company;

Nicola Speroni, Chief Executive Officer with delegated powers;

Lino Bergonzi, Director without delegated powers.

The decision reflects the Company’s desire to further strengthen its organizational structure, enhancing skills and ensuring even more solid and shared governance, in line with its future growth and development objectives.
